BAND 3 PART TIME
TEAM SECRETARY/NOTE TAKER
Brook Street are working closely with our Public Sector Client to provide a Band 3 Team Secretary on a temporary ongoing basis!
The ideal candidate for this role will possess 4 gcse qualifications (including Maths and English) and a minimum of 2 year experience in a reception/secretary role.
Ideally You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Answer all incoming calls
- Note taking
- Operate switchboard and direct calls to other department
- Diary Management
- Minute taking at meetings
- General admin such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
Part Time position
11.11 per hour
Monday - Friday 09.00-12.45
