Band 3 Receptionist

In this role, some daily duties will include covering reception , scanning, filing, booking appointments and the ability to take calls from professional staff.
You will be joining a trusted business who will offer training to support you in delivering your duties and goals. IT proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel will be highly advantageous to this role.
Your role will be based in Downpatrick and we do require the successful applicant to be flexible with working hours.
These shifts will vary from week to week depending on the needs of the department. - up to 30 hours per week - 11:11 - 18.78 per hour
Service is 24/7 which include weekends, bank holidays (Christmas etc).
