Are you an experienced Theatre Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire? Look no further! Our independent hospital is currently seeking a dedicated Band 5 Theatre Nurse to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in surgical procedures within the theatre department
- Providing high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgery
- Collaborating with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical operations
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and assisting with post-operative care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Previous experience working in a theatre setting is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
