Salary: 28 Day, 35 Night & Saturday, 45 Sundays and bank Holidays
This Job is an RMN, Band 6 Crisis Clinician role working in the Oxford area.
All mandatory requirements:
Registered RMN
Experience of managing and mitigating risk in community settings
Experience of community crisis management
Knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and other application legislative frameworks
Knowledge and experience of child and adult Safeguarding
Car driver with access to a car for work.
Experience of working independently
Experience of working with other disciplines within a multidisciplinary team
Experience of working collaboratively with carers to meet both the needs of the carer and service user
Experience of delivering brief therapeutic interventions
Personal qualities required: positive, dynamic, flexible, friendly, team workers, with a 'can-do' attitude.
