Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse

We have a new opportunity for a Band 6Mental Health Nurse to join an NHS community eldery team based in Great Yarmouth.
As a Senior Mental Health Nurse/Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessments of complex Mental Health issues in service users over the age of 75. You will work closely with other carers and family. You will complete combined assessments, recovery plans and physical health forms as required. You will attend MDT meetings with assessments to discuss medications and treatment options. This role will be working from both clinic and home visits.
To be considered for this role, you must have NMC registration and be a qualified Mental Health Nurse.

We offer a £150 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet.

We also have £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.

Pay rate: £26 - £27 ltd per hour (dependent on experience)
