We have a new opportunity for a Band 6 Registered Learning Disability Nurse to join an NHS community specialist health team based in Billericay, Essex.

You will need to be a car driver with access to a car.
Duties will be working as part of a multi disciplinary team providing support to people with learning disabilities with complex physical health needs (challenging behaviour and complex mental health needs.) You will support people in the community to access appropriate health care, update annual health checks, support end of life planning and support with frailty.
To be considered for this role, you must have NMC registration and be a qualified RNLD nurse.

Pay rate: £27 ltd per hour (dependent on experience)
