As a member of the Senior Management Team - and supported by a team of senior managers - the Head of Human Resources and Corporate Services will have corporate responsibility and provide corporate leadership for the following NIBTS functions: Human Resources: Employee relations. Industrial relations. Recruitment. Corporate Functions: Corporate governance and planning. Corporate risk management. Emergency planning and business continuity. Information governance including SIRO responsibility. Facilities and estates management. Health and safety. Regional antenatal system. They will also play a key role supporting the relevant work streams in the Pathology Management Blueprint Programme..
