Staff permanent or Bank Staff SAWBRIDGEWORTH Afterschool, 4.00pm-7.00pm and every other Saturday 1.00pm-7.00pm term time for a young person with additional needs

Working with a young female that has special needs can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life but the job market doesn't always offer full time hours with excellent pay. We all have different requirements and circumstances this can make the task of finding the right role to suit our home life and career sometimes slightly daunting especially, if you are still at a crossroads and unsure what path you would like to take next.
Bank Staff roles can suit for a multitude of reasons. Southern Family Care have a constant number of care visits to service users on an ongoing basis.
Interesting Work
Southern Family Care work in partnership with local authorities. We can offer work providing Respite to families who just need some well earned time out, supporting young people in the community in order to help them gain the skills to live independently and also providing targeted High Level Family Support to families. We can offer you the chance to work across Hertfordshire or perhaps fulfil a package in your local area.
Pay
We offer excellent rates of pay and a petrol allowance.
Training
We welcome people to apply to us if you have a recognised qualification in Childcare, Youth Work, Social /Health Care however for the right candidate full training and Care Certificate will be provided.
Bank/Part Time to Full time
A Bank role is the ideal way to get your foot in the door and show what you can do. As you show your capabilities more work opportunities will come your way . Plus if this is a temporary measure It's always easier to get the job you want when your already in employment.
