Full Time, Senior Care Assistant / Rota Planner job vacancy Hythe, Southampton 

• £24-30K per annum DOE
• Experience of rostering /planning desirable.
• Car Driver – essential.

Your Role
As their Co-ordinator & Rota Planner, you will be someone who is methodically and excellent at planning our care rotas.  You will inject positivity naturally into the rest of the team and your Care Assistants, you will be someone who is a future leader and can create an environment where everyone thrives.  You will be driven, customer focussed and someone who enjoys speaking to our clients as well as ensuring our Care Workers are happy.
