Here at Hindson House we provide a respite service for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities. We are passionate about supporting people to get the best out of their stay and helping them communicate their needs and wishes.
Joining our supportive and friendly team as a Senior Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key part in supporting the team to deliver person centred services, ensuring everyone at Hindson House has a great stay that ultimately fulfils their personal needs and wishes.
Take a look at our Candidate Pack for more information about the role, team and our values. The section 'About you' explains what specific knowledge, skills and experience we want you to tell us about. Make sure you explain how you meet these requirements and demonstrate our values, in your application.
Along with previous experience of delivering a wide range of administrative duties, you'll also have good IT skills across a variety of packages. As the first point of contact, based in the reception area, you'll need strong communication skills, for engaging with residents and staff. Most importantly, you'll demonstrate our core values, showing empathy and compassion.
In return we can offer you a comprehensive induction programme, so that you'll have all the training you need to do a fantastic job. You'll also get great satisfaction from supporting people to get the most out of their visit. We are committed to your continued personal development and offer an extensive Benefits Package.
