Expense Management Administrator
£22 - £24 p/h
12 month temporary contract - Monday - Friday
Our client is a global investment bank in London. They’re looking for an Expense Management Administrator for a 12 month temporary contract initially.
Duties:
- Management of all expense Processing of audits/invoices
- Responsible for keeping fully abreast of policy and procedure changes and being the subject matter expert for policies and queries
- Complete ad hoc Expense Management reports Management of expense ad-hoc projects

- Self-Starter- able to work under own direction
- Strong team player- determined to achieve department goals
- Excellent attention to detail – need to be accurate and analytical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanour- able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role
- Ability to adapt quickly to working within different systems
