Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the administrative operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies along with sales administration matters.
Duties:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring that they are appropriately trained, and their paperwork is completed accurately
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Manage and response appropriately for any complaints received from the clients.
- Ensure that quotations are sent to all new account enquiries as per management’s direction and within agreed timescales.
- Manage invoices and maintain records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the similar role
- Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
