Project Manager - Rc Frame

My client is a industry civil engineering contractor with multiple contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and manage a Reinforced Concrete package based in the North West.

My client has continuous work and long term additional projects.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Managing Director.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries 

• Writing RAMS 

• Producing programmes.

• Managing subcontractors

• Providing progress reports

• Managing procurement and sourcing of labour.

• Managing sub contractors.

Project Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• Experienced writing programmes.

• Experienced within Reinforced Concrete for specialist contractors.

• Experienced in a senior management position
