Interior Fit Out – Offices / Retail / Commercial / Industrial
£280 - £320 / day DOE plus mileage & expenses

As a commercial interior design and Fit Out company with 25+ years of experience, our client has an opportunity for a freelance Project Manager to join the business as they enter a busy second half to the year. Having previously worked with customers in a wide range of sectors including but not limited to; commercial offices, retail, industrial etc. the firm look to create contemporary and innovative workplace designs through their solutions.
The role has opened after being awarded a number of new contracts for D&B commercial, retail & office interior Fit Outs across the East of England.
Project Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Price, programme and manage the delivery of multiple projects across the country when required
- Liaise with clients to develop and maintain relationships
- Ensure that each stage of the project runs on time and to budget
- Assessment of sub-contractor packages and negotiating, ensuring best possible commercial and programme packages are achieved
- Sourcing of a Site Management team for relevant projects Sourcing of a site team for relevant projects
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgment, and decision-making skills
- Be efficient, detail and quality minded, hardworking, flexible and responsible with a positive working attitude and a willingness to support colleagues
- Relevant training and qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, first aid)
- Knowledge and experience of using the following software - Windows MS Office / Fully proficient with Excel, Word & Microsoft Project Programme
- A full UK driving licence
- Up to £320 per day DOE plus mileage & expenses
