Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base within the education and business sectors. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education and business sectors to expand the client base.
2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations through networking and relationship-building activities.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns targeting the education and business sectors.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for differentiation.
6. Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
7. Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure new business partnerships.
8. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services to clients.
9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to the management team.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to cleaning services in the education and business sectors.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in Business Development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the cleaning services industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of the education and business sectors, including knowledge of decision-making processes and industry-specific challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
