Our client is an Italian designer and supplier of extremely high-end stoneware, porcelain tiling and wooden flooring sold into prestigious residential and commercial projects in London. They sell through the architect and interior designer channel. Due to expansion and the opening up of new facilities, they’re now looking to bring on a Business Development Manager
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting their products and building strong client relationships through in-person visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote their products through effective sales strategies and personal client visits.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the Sales Manager.
- Utilize various communication channels to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Proven track selling quality construction interior-based products (B2B)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
