Account manager/Business development manager

Salary: £30-40,000pa plus bonus/commission

Our client is a leader in the market with their short-term staffing solution for several industries.
They are looking for both account managers and business development managers with similar skills and experience in either working with hospitality or logistics clients.

About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an BDM/AM to join the business and grow into a more senior role.
We would love to find someone that has experience as a business development manager or account manager either in hospitality or logistics.
The ideal person will know the industry and already have some great contacts.
You should be able to work independently and on initiative, have enthusiasm for the hospitality space and have a tenacious approach.

Responsibilities:

• Representing the business and its culture
• Hunting suitable contacts in the sector
• Managing sales pipeline
• Communicating with senior sales team
• Cold calling, e-marketing and using LinkedIn to reach out to potential clients
• Creating meetings with qualified leads
• Managing and growing existing accounts
• Fostering productive relationships
