About the FSSC team
The mission of Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is to manage all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in timely, accurate, efficient and controlled manner.
Responsibilities:1. Reimbursement Processing and Validation:
- Apply meticulous attention to detail to verify and process employee reimbursement requests for EMEA regions on a daily basis.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to validate reimbursement information for accuracy, ensuring alignment with company reimbursement policies.
- Employ strong communication skills to engage with employees professionally, addressing inquiries and discrepancies related to expense reimbursement in a timely manner.
- Proactively monitor and detect potential fraudulent activities and instances of non-compliance within expense reports.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on reimbursement systems and policies, empowering employees to understand and navigate the process effectively.
- Showcase excellent interpersonal skills while educating employees, fostering an environment of mutual understanding and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with external vendors, ensuring accurate reconciliation of reimbursement expenses in specific countries.
- Leverage communication and negotiation skills to facilitate productive interactions with vendors.
- Demonstrate awareness of local regulatory requirements, ensuring meticulous filing of expense reports and related receipts in accordance with regulations.
- Identify pain points within the reimbursement policy and process, applying creative thinking to generate actionable ideas for process enhancement.
- Utilize strategic thinking skills to contribute to the continuous improvement of reimbursement procedures.
- Provide assistance on ad-hoc tasks as directed by the team lead, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Accounting experience, preferably in the Technology or Internet industry.
- Part/qualified member of ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player with a positive customer service mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and financial skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A highly quick learner, strategic thinker and self-driven contributor
