Hours of Work:25 hours per week: 08:45 - 15:15 Tuesday to Thursday; 08:15 - 15:45 Friday (40 weeks per year)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, well organised and highly motivated Senior Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team.
If you are a team player, with a positive attitude, are proactive, flexible and have excellent time management skills, you could be the person for us!
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a good standard of education with English and Maths GCSE at level C or above.
- Has excellent general administrative and organisational skills.
- Ideally has experience of working as part of a school admin team.
- Has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, meeting deadlines in a busy environment.
- Has excellent IT skills.
- Ideally has experience of Arbor and SAP systems.
- Is committed to the safeguarding of pupils and colleagues.
- Appreciates that no two days in a school are ever the same!
Your main duties will be:
- Undertaking reception duties and ensuring all visitors are warmly welcomed.
- Maintaining Arbor, producing the school census and other statutory returns.
- Producing reports on attendance or other data as requested.
- Producing and distributing correspondence to the school community.
- Processing orders for educational resources, stationery and cleaning supplies.
- Organising trips and events for the school community.
