We are looking to appoint a flexible, friendly and efficient person to join our admin team.
As part of our hard-working and committed team, you will provide excellent administrative support in a wide range of reception, data management and administration duties.
Main responsibilities:
To develop and implement a comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support service to meet school requirements. To support the school’s day to day administration with a specific focus on taking ownership for the co-ordination and administration for effective communications to senior leaders, school staff, parents and key representatives associated to the school.
To be front facing as a key point of contact for any direct communication required between internal and external enquiries, working with minimal direction, balancing core priorities and the daily administration of the school.

We are looking for someone who:
· The ability to communication in a warm and professional manner – in person, on the telephone and via email
· Is organised and works with precision, often managing multiple tasks simultaneously
· Excellent ICT skills with the ability to use; Microsoft Word and Excel, previous use of Arbor would be a distinct advantage or the ability to learn quickly
· Is be able work as part of a team as well as independently
· Is a positive and flexible approach and the ability to use your own initiative
· Is able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
