Mechanical Engineers work closely with designers, electronics and software engineers to tackle mechanical design projects. The company operates a multi-functional project team policy with engineers working closely with other skill teams to integrate the visual and functional aspects of a product, thus creating class-leading designs.

Key skills and attributes will include;

* 1st or 2:1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering.
* Experience working in a product design or development environment, applying Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and computational techniques to deliver product solutions, utilising a wide range of manufacturing processes and materials.
* Knowledge and experience in low volume rapid prototyping technologies and high volume processes such as injection moulding.
* The ability to lead by example, setting standards and nurturing an inspiring environment for colleagues and clients.
