Senior Administrative Assistant
Connect2Hampshire are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrative Assistant for a fantastic part-time opportunity based in a Hampshire County Council childrens residential home in Havant.
Senior Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide support to Registered Manager and Team to meet the business needs.
- Balance the petty cash and oversee the reconciliation of all petty cash claims.
- Oversee invoicing and assist with budget management.
- Take minutes of weekly and monthly meetings.
- Support staff with IT issues and maintain data system
- Co-ordinate, produce and maintain HR spreadsheets, ensuring they are always up to date.
- Record sickness absence and provide relevant target information to managers.
- Assist in the input of IBC orders and petty cash control as requested by the Registered manager.
- Co-ordinate and record training data and progress for staff.
- Stationary and domestic supplies management and ordering on IBC.
- Respond to all general administration requests.
- Provide cover for other administrators in their absence.
Senior Administrative Assistant Role Requirement
- Previous general administrative experience essential
- GCSE (or equivalent) level A-C, (including English and Maths).
- Previous general administrative experience with specific experience where
- Confident in all aspects of Office 365, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Minute taking and finance experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to work on own initiative
