We are seeking to appoint an experienced, well organised and highly motivated Senior Admin Assistant to join our office team and work alongside our Finance Officer.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Have excellent general administrative and organisational skills and be educated to a good standard (English and Maths at level C or above)
- Have the ability to prioritise and work independently
- Have experience of working in a school admin team and financial environment
- Have excellent ICT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Ideally have experience of SIMS and Tucasi systems and be able to produce the school census
- Work professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times adhering to GDPR guidelines
- Relate well to children, staff, parents, governors, visitors and all members of the school community in person, on the phone and in writing
- Be committed to the safeguarding of pupils and colleagues
- Manage the school website
- Organise school trips
- Be able to administer First Aid and medications as required and to manage first aid and medicine records accordingly
- Have a positive approach and disposition with the ability to stay clam under pressure
