Supporting People
- Provide support to individuals with additional needs through our person-centred approach.
- With dignity and care to maximize their independence, putting them at the centre of everything you do
- Provide social inclusion opportunities through use of local amenities such as leisure attractions, walks, skilled activities, and support with gaining employment and recognised qualifications.
- Support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, and encouraging good personal hygiene.
- Ensure the people we support are always safeguarded, by following accurate up to date care plans
What do you get in return
- Hours: ZERO HOUR CONTRACT (full time and part time contracts also available
- Rate: £13.44 per hour
- Sleep in: £44.33 (Not Contractual)
