SalaryA Tier 1 Investment Bank is looking for a Hybird BA/PM to join the Markets and Securities Services business and is focused on Markets Operations Risk and Controls covering Margin, Settlements, Middle Office, Reconciliations, Trade Booking.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills required:
- Experience in project management implementation
- SME level experience in risk management with a focus on operational risk and control (e.g. Margin, Settlements, Middle Office, Reconciliations, Trade Booking)
- Excellent leadership, ownership, accountability, and delivery skills
- Ability to take the lead and drive control enhancements within Operations/Middle Office
- Strong ability to perform targeted "deep-dive" assessments.
- SME level understanding of a broad range of functions and processes across Operations/MO, risks and related controls, associated with Markets businesses.
- Comprehensive understanding of control design and ability to independently perform control effectiveness assessment.
- Experience in financial services; experience in planning, scoping and/or leading execution of Internal Audit, Compliance or First Line assurance projects - preferable.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
