Bar Manager

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team at a popular wine bar. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bar operation, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
This is not a full-time role, but an opportunity to join the Reserve Wine Network. We will offer you shifts when we're short-staffed. This is a great chance to join our team on a flexible schedule.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of the bar operation, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Ensure that all customers have an exceptional experience at the bar.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ensure that the bar is clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained.
- Running efficient shifts, ensuring the right people are doing the right jobs and our customers are looked after in line with Reserve expectations
