Bar Manager

Davitt's GAC is a thriving cultural and sports club within our local community and the Bar reflects this. It is a busy environment where the staff and customers interact in a very positive and engaging manner. The Bar has an excellent reputation, and this is to a large extent, down to our staff and level of customer service. The Bar Manager will be expected to build on this success through their own experience and professional competence, and most importantly by leading the team within the Bar. They will be expected to carry out all of the duties and tasks expected of a modern Bar Manager, and then to influence the direction of this aspect of the Club, so that it continues to be a very successful hospitality venue, and one that attracts more new visitors, aa well as maintaining its loyal customer base. .

Experience of working in a management capacity in a bar or hospitality environment for at least two years.

Direct supervision of staff for at least two years.
