The role involves working closely with the General Manager, you will be accountable for the team and dealing with the day to day operational side of the business which involves, recruitment of staff and implementing procedures and standards

The ideal candidate will have to have a passion for all things drinks, have lots of flair and be able to deal with day to day issues, regarding front of house and back of house operations, a passion to help drive the business forward from the forefront.
