The requirements
- Excellent cocktail knowledge
- Leadership Experience, Experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in a high end, fast paced bar
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Great team player
- The ability to make a full range of classic cocktails and a hunger to learn
