TQR Exeter are working in partnership with a Hotel in St Austell, Cornwall.

The client is seeking a Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to oversee a small team that prides itself on keeping their guests happy.

As a Bar & Restaurant Supervisor, you will be required to:

• Undertake shifts on weekdays and weekends. (mostly straight shifts)
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of beverages including cocktails
• To be a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Proactively communicate to colleagues and line managers customer feedback
• Hold keys to open or close.
• Be trusted with Banking.
• Manage the cellar.
• Control and order stock.

To Apply the Bar & Restaurant Supervisor you will have:

• The ability to lead a team of between 3 – 5 team members, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry at supervisory level ideally.
• Have attention to detail.
• Good standard of spoken and written English
• Insists on high standards.
