TQR Exeter are seeking a Cocktail Bar Supervisor for this luxury Hotel, set on the south Devon coastline.
- Salary Up to £28,500
- Share of Service Charge

Key requirements and duties include:
- A minimum of 1-year previous Cocktail Bar supervision experience is required.
- Welcome guests, make recommendations and take drink orders.
- An understanding of mixing tools and techniques.
- Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing rubbish, cleaning tables, washing glasses, utensils and equipment.
- A positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
- Must be flexible to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends and late finishes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Checking identification to ensure customers are of legal age to purchase alcohol.
- Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
This an important role that requires a career-minded individual who can work well under pressure and drive revenue by upselling with confident energy. Create visually impressive drinks that catch all eyes in the room.
You will need to lead, show your qualities through your actions and be able to communicate clearly. You will report to the Bar Manager and or the Food & Beverage Manager when required. This could be your gateway into a managerial role!
The hotel is beautifully located with the nearest village a couple of miles away, so having your own transport will be important!
