Bar Staff - Part Time Includes Weekends

We're hiring, are you someone fun, friendly & outgoing and would you like to join our team of Bar Staff to work at Lollard's Pit Pub, Norwich.

We are looking for additional staff to cover normal weekly rota plus Football match days, overtime, holiday cover, Bank Holidays and events (Norwich Pride, Halloween, Christmas)

This position includes weekend shifts, please do not apply if you cannot work weekends also should your trial be successful you must be available to work over public holidays.

The ideal candidate must be fully flexible to work day/evening shifts and you may be expected to work unsociable hours during the evenings/weekends/bank holidays and also special events throughout the year this includes Norwich Pride, Halloween, Christmas and New Years.

Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given. You must work well as a part of a team and also be able to work alone when required, have a friendly and outgoing personality and a good sense of humor.

Main job duties

Preparing Pub (cleaning and restocking)

Serving customers

Cash Handling

Some cellar work (changing barrels)

Applicant will have initial 4 week trial period if successful after trial a permanent job role will be made.

Hours although Part Time (12 hours) may increase to cover holidays & overtime

Wage is dependent on experience but is above minimum wage. Wage rates to be reviewed in line with minimum wage increase due April 2024

Salary: £7.45-£10.75 per hour
