Bar Staff/Waiting staff

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Cash Handling: Operate the till, handle cash, and process card payments accurately.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and tidy, including washing glasses and utensils.
• Stock Management: Monitor and replenish stock levels as needed.
• Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and club policies.

Additional Responsibilities

• Cooking Assistance: Assist in the kitchen with basic food preparation and cooking when needed.
• Event Support: Help with the setup and service during club events and functions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic cooking or food preparation experience is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week

• Every weekend

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
