The Limes Country Lodge, a privately owned 27-bedroom hotel, restaurant, conference, and wedding venue in Solihull, Warwickshire, is seeking a Bar & Waiting staff to join our team.

You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with weddings and functions, including shutdown
- Assisting in the restaurant
- Greeting guests, checking Guests in to their rooms and checking them out .
- Upselling to guests and working to maximize profitability.
- All aspects of bar work
- Ensuring all documentation is up to date and being hands-on in all aspects of the role.
To excel in this role, you should be a career-minded team player with a desire for a long-term position and be able to work independently and make your own decisions.
The position offers a salary of £22,000 – £24,000 per year, bonuses a share of company profits.
