Bartender@Cutlery Works

Candidates must be able to work weekends.

We are now looking for a bartender to join our team at Cutlery Works, one of the largest independent food halls in the north of England which brings together a number of eateries and bars. Based in the up and coming area of Kelham island, we are at the forefront of the dining revolution.

Key Responsibilities will be:

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in line with company specifications
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of bar items
• To maintain a clean and organised workspace complying with all food and beverage due diligence
• Accurately and promptly fulfil guest orders and resolve any guest complaints
• Complete daily cleaning and periodic cleaning in line with company procedures
• Open and close the bar in line with company procedures and ensure checklists are completed
• Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
• To deliver exceptional customer service to the highest standard creating a unique and unforgettable customer journey

• Knowledge of the service industry with relevant experience
