Bartender - Live In Available

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Upsell additional drinks and menu items
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred which includes day to day running of bar and good stock control
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and basic math skills

-Good knowledge of wines, whisky & gin,
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
