Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Before and After School Club Managerwithin our Multi Academy Trust, based at Mere Green Primary School.

 

As the Before and After School Club Manager, you will deliver the Before and After School provision, by leading the day-to-day management and organisation of the wrap around care.  You will be required to work with all staff to ensure and provide care, play opportunities and activities in a homely, nurturing, and safe environment, with regard to the individual development needs of the children.

 

The Before and After School Club Manager will lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high quality creative play opportunities in a safe and caring environment.

 

Salary:                  £25,119 - £31,364 Full Time Equivalent (actual salary £13,374.14 – £16,699.18 per annum), plus First Aid allowance £150.00 pro rata, per annum

 

Location:             Mere Green Primary School, Mere Green Road, Four Oaks B75 5BL

 

Hours:                  22.5 hours per week, (Mornings 7.30am – 9.00am, Afternoons 3.00pm – 6.00pm), Term Time Only

 

Start Date:          Required as soon as possible
