Address Axcis are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant specializing in behavioural issues for a lovely school in Havering. The school has excellent facilities, is local to great transportation links and has a friendly and experienced leadership team of specialists to support you. This role presents the opportunity to expand on your experience working with SEN, to help children with a range of complex needs, as well as work with children on a one-to-one and small group basis when required. The successful applicant will possess a patient and sensitive approach and strong behaviour management skills and will be following students behaviour management plans. Ability to work well within a team is a must. Requirements: • Have experience in SEN • Have an understanding of the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum • Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one • • Provide 2 References • Have at least 3 months classroom experience INDLON
