Tradewind Recruitment is working with a good" Secondary School in Enfield, North London, which is seeking a Behaviour Management Specialist to join the team. If you have the expertise to promote positive behaviour and create a supportive learning environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support the school's Behaviour Management policies.
- Work closely with students to understand and address challenging behaviour.
- Provide one-to-one and small group mentorship to promote positive social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to create tailored plans to improve behaviour.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance the overall school environment.
- Maintain accurate records of behaviour incidents and interventions using SIMS.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Behaviour Management Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Behaviour Management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and engage them in the learning process.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to addressing challenging behaviour.
- Familiarity with the UK educational system is advantageous.
