Behaviour Mentor

Behaviour Mentors will work across various age groups within a sought-after SEN setting and working hours are 8:30-15:30 Monday to Friday, Term Time only.
What the role involves:

Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of a bespoke curriculum

Working in partnership with parents, teachers, and the school, to establish a supportive and nurturing learning environment in which children make excellent progress

Helping pupils develop independent learning and life skills, manage their own task list, and prioritise their time

Become a positive role model and mentor to the learners you support

Attend outdoor education and Forest School sessions, and encourage community engagement
