Our client is a UK Top 20 law firm with teams located across the US and UK, boasting a global network and an enviable client list of household names. The firm's intellectual property team is currently seeking a partner to assist in the ongoing growth and success of this specialist team.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

Working on the full range of IP work both contentious and non-contentious, covering matters such as IP rights disputes, negotiating IP agreements, assignments, licenses, confidentiality agreements research and development agreements and more. Collaborate with senior team members in the UK and US. Mentor and supervise junior solicitors, whilst being a go-to for knowledge and IP expertise.Working to build the teams and your own reputation as an IP specialist through active business development and client engagement.

A following is not essential for this position (but desirable). Overall, they're seeking an individual with a track record of strong IP work who has advised significant clients on high-value matters, who has the passion and experience of growing and developing a leading team.
