We currently have a vacancy for a Behaviour Support Assistant to provide specialist behaviour management support to staff and students, in order to prevent, minimise and resolve incidents of poor student behaviour through targeted intervention work.
The Behaviour Support Assistant will provide an on- call service to teachers responding and resolving incidents of serious disruption to learning swiftly to reply to any requests for support from teaching staff, in order to assist them in dealing with any incidents of challenging behaviour.
The successful candidate will be a calm, friendly person with good communication skills and able to demonstrate relevant experience of working with children with challenging behaviour.
