Veritas are currently working with a number of schools in London that require experienced Behaviour Support Assistants who are able to commit to a full time, long term position starting asap. You will have experience in dealing with challenging behaviour and perhaps have already worked in a school environment or as a youth worker.
We are currently working with a secondary school in Twickenham that require motivated Behaviour Support Assistants.
Key skills and experience needed:
- An understanding of mental health
- Strong Behaviour management techniques.
- Previous support work within a school or other child related experience.
- Professional manor.
- Enthusiasm and friendly approach.
- Experience or knowledge within special educational need
- University degree or relavent qualifications preferred but not essential
- Secondary experience preferred but not essential
