Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a school in the local area seeking an Behaviour Teaching Assistant! This is a full time, long-term role with a daily rate of £85-£95 per day. The role is a temporary post.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting a child with challenging behaviour. A background in a similar role would be ideal due to the nature of the role. A knowledge of de-escalation and behaviour is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of challenging behaviour and will be able to use a range of strategies to children with diverse learning needs.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have expereince withing UK Schools
- Have experience with supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
