Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a fantastic organisation on a Benefits Manager post. Our client is a phenomenal business, high performing and going through a period of transformation. They have a brilliant culture with many individuals in the business working four days a week in the office. They offer fantastic flexibility and ask seeking a Benefits Manager to join the team to enhance and develop further their benefits offering
The Role:
The Benefits Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing the companies' benefits programmes and policies. The organisation has benefits programmes in place so we are looking for this individual to enhance and reshape their offering. This role will involve resolving benefits queries and issues as well as working with the Head of Reward on new benefits initiatives across the business. You will ensure that annual reviews are in place and assess current pension offerings.

- Experience in a benefits/ reward capacity
- Attention to detail - strong with data management and excel
- Proven experience implementing and enhancing benefits programmes for organisations
