We are currently looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our friendly team in Loughborough.

Main ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Bid Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Producing high quality bid support documentation including capability statements, maps, regional case studies for PQQs/SQs/tenders and organisational charts
- Contributing to the performance of the Contracting business and work winning team through the management of a knowledge and best practice library
- Supporting department head with tender management administration including portal correspondence and tender submission uploads
- Supporting Social Value commitments e.g. delivering bid writing workshops for SMEs
- Regular travel to contracting sites required – driving licence essential
The ideal candidate for the role of Bid Coordinator will have experience of:
- Full clean driving license
- Working within a bid writing team/contracting environment
- Using specialist graphic design software packages; e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Page Tiger
- Providing general bid support and information gathering/research capability
- Proven relationship building capability
- Demonstrates ownership of work and works collaboratively within a highly motivated department to complete bid support documentation
- Communicates with internal and external customers using a variety of communication mediums, adapting content, style and language to the audience.
- Flexibility with travel/shift patterns (24/7 site visits and data collection)
