Bid Coordinator - Contract role - £150 - £200 (Neg) - Wimbledon - Hybrid
Currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Bid Coordinator to join our team on a one-month rolling contract basis, with the possibility of extension, based in Wimbledon. This position will require one day per week to be spent in the office, with the flexibility for remote work for the remaining days.

Role Overview: As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our bid management process, ensuring the smooth and timely submission of proposals and tenders. You will work closely with our business development and sales teams to coordinate all aspects of the bid process, from initial request to final submission. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for creating and formatting bid documents to ensure they are visually appealing and professionally presented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate bid activities and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and content for bids
- Create and format bid documents using Adobe InDesign, adhering to brand guidelines
- Proofread and edit bid content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist with the development of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and other bid-related materials
- Maintain bid documentation and records in an organized manner
- Provide administrative support to the bid team as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bid coordination or related role
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of bid management software and processes is desirable but not essential
Contract Details:
- This is a one-month rolling contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
- The position is based in Wimbledon, with one day per week required to be spent in the office. Remote work arrangements for the remaining days can be accommodated.
