Our high end independent property client are now looking for an Office Coordinator to be a professional, front of house contact for their valued clients, suppliers and colleagues! They want someone with initiative, a can do positive attitude with a confident and strong work ethic.
Role includes:
• Front of house, acting as the first point of contact with clients, suppliers, and colleagues,
• Managing a very busy and constantly changing diary,
• Organising photos, property marketing,
• Handling internal and external correspondence,
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing,
• Carrying out specific projects and research,
• Maintaining a well-organised office environment,
• Ensuring office supplies are stocked and ordered as necessary,
• Coordinating maintenance and repair of office equipment,
• Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner,
• Handling tenant and landlord queries.
