Receptionist & Office Coordinator required for Global finance firm based in the heart of the West End.
Due to company expansion this is a new opportunity to join a fast-paced finance company with offices globally. Lovely offices based in the heart of the West End, in a mid-sized firm. You will be joining a genuinely lovely team, who are relaxed yet work at a high standard and who are seeking an individual who is driven, hardworking, clear, concise and detail orientated. This is a hybrid role spanning both receptionist and Office Coordinator duties with responsibility across H&S, IT, HR, office management and working closely with the Chief of Staff to manage the whole office.
This role will suit someone with strong client focus, who has excellent organisational skills and has a personable disposition. This role will provide strong, reliable, and efficient support for the front desk and office operations in London. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable in dealing with the day-to-day tasks. This person will contribute to achieving organisational productivity by nurturing a positive, inclusive work environment.
Seeking an individual who has demonstrated experience within financial services or professional services and who will be able to hit the ground running.
£40k plus 10% bonus and 10% cash benefits
