Sales Coordinator EMEA
Our client is an incredibly independent Beauty brand with brand new West End offices, and we are actively seeking a dynamic and resourceful Sales Coordinator to join a team of busy Account Managers for one of the fastest growing beauty and skincare brands.
The role:
This role will be responsible for supporting the development of select retailers throughout EMEA as well as co-managing retailers in key territories. Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, the Sales Coordinator will need to build relationships within the business, engaging key stakeholders to ensure best-in-class assets and support to drive our international business - becoming our local expert in international markets.
Top level responsibilities:
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of customers' ways of working, understanding cultural differences, and their needs and requirements.
- Expanding the relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions which meet our joint business objectives.
- Supporting the Account Manager with any analysis they need for customer meeting presentations, in order to improve space and location to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Becoming the key link between internal retail/education team and local store team contacts to create POS excellence and drive store level engagement within flagship doors.
Other responsibilities:
FORECASTING, SUPPLY & DEMAND
- Owning and updating the "sales forecasting analytics" template which the EMEA sales team review on a weekly basis by account, to ensure that the EMEA team hit sales targets.
- Working with the finance team to manage the "sell-in/sell-out" reports for top customers on a weekly basis.
- Providing forecast updates to ensure accurate retailer demands including promotional and seasonal uplifts.
- Validating all purchase orders, managing stock requests and ensuring regular open communication with local Ops team.
- Collating and analyzing customer sales data to a complete understanding of performance and demand with selected retailers.
- Coordinating the fulfilment process with all departments to ensure smooth transactions, maintaining customer satisfaction at each step.
ACCOUNT COORDINATION (external)
Supporting the Account Managers to manage relationship with local buying team to cover:
- Business commercials (i.e. joint targets).
- Sales analysis.
- Driving retailer data to understand thecustomers and create a category understanding to drive growth.
ACCOUNT COORDINATION (internal)
- Working alongside internal teams to manage registration, local language labelling or translation requirements for international customer base.
- Working alongside internal teams to execute best-in-class VM execution in local markets in accordance with brand guidelines.
Other duties:
- Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers/consumers and promptly dealing with complaints.
- Effectively communicating account needs to other departments to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Ensuring timely collection of all shipments (ex-works customers).
- Leveraging established relationships to guarantee the timely collection of receivables.
